2011 Super Saturday Choices

We are excited for another fun Super Saturday! This year the event will be held on October 15th from 10am - 1pm. Lunch and child care will be provided.  Also, during lunch we will be treated with a floral arranging demonstration for those interested in learning a fun new skill. 
Listed below are all the projects that will be available. Please turn in your order forms by October 9th (with the exception of project 2, we need this order by Sept. 28th!)

Project 1: 2x4 Christmas Tree - $5 per tree
These make a great center piece or even a great teacher/neighbor gift!  And you can decide to decorate it with paper, or leave it plain. It looks great either way.




Project 2: Personalized Family Name - Prices Vary 
Show off your family pride, or give as a gift!

Graphic + Picture Frame = $15 - $22



Project 3:  Nativity Finger Puppets - $3.50/set
These are great for your kids or grand kids.


Project 4: Folded Star Wreath - $7.50
A beautiful addition to any Christmas decor!

A gift for all those special princesses in your lives! 



Project 6: Goodies in a jar
Who doesn't love giving or receiving treats in a jar?! Great idea for neighbor gifts this holiday season.

Project 7: Personalized Magnetic Stones and Family Initial - $4.50
 Each set includes one wooden initial and six magnets.
These are fun for the fridge, FHE charts or even chore charts!

Super Saturday Choices 2010

Okay Ladies, Super Saturday is just around the corner and we need to know what everyone is interested in making. This will take place on November 6th from 11-2. (A children's class will be available)  Sign up sheets are being handed out. Please have them filled out and returned as soon as possible. The last day to turn them in is October 24th. 


 Paper Stars - Free Craft
These are great decorations for your mantle or Christmas Tree. This particular one was made for the 4th of July.  A wide assortment of paper will be provided, but if you have a color scheme or holiday you would like to make this for, bring your own paper. Heavier card stock paper is better. You will need SIX sheets of 12x12 paper if you are brining your own. 
Tools: scissors, ruler, glue stick

 Hand Soaps - $1.75
These would make a great family gift or teacher gift.

 Bracelets and Earrings - $7 per set
$5 for bracelet only
$2 for earrings only
These are beautiful accessories that every woman needs!

 Magnetic Board and Puzzles - $8 for two puzzles and a magnet board
Great for the kids during Sacrament meeting.
Tools: Scissors

Ornament Hooks - $1 for a set of 4
These were very difficult to photograph, but let me assure you, they are stunning in person! These would add a nice touch to your Christmas tree or atop of a gift. 

Jewelry Organizer - $8
A great way to keep all those earrings and necklaces in one place and untangled! 
Tools: Black and white paint will be provided, if you want a different color you will have to provide it.  Or if you choose a different type of hook or embellishment, you will need to provide it. 

Wooden Nativity Puzzle - $6
A simple little nativity that will be safe for your children to play with. This set will also include two animals. 

Card Making - $2 per set of 5 
Make a set of 5 homemade cards for your friends and family (envelopes included) 
Tools: Scissors, glue stick

PJ Bottoms - This class will now be offered on a different day due to the amount of time they will take to make. Date still to be determined.

Also, Amy Carlson will be offering a class "Cut back on holiday stress: Things you can do with cookie dough to make great gifts".
